Tier 1
Five States
Observed, Corroborated, Inferred, Hypothesized, Unknown. Pick one. Do not blend them.
Observed is measured or witnessed. Corroborated is independently supported. Inferred is derived. Hypothesized is plausible but unconfirmed. Unknown means the file is insufficient.
Tier 1
The 30-Second Check
Nine questions before you react, repost, or act.
Claim, primary source, evidence, fact versus interpretation, emotion, strongest alternative, unknowns, falsifier, and whether action is required now. If it is not, slow the cycle.
Tier 2
Require a Falsifier
If nothing could change the conclusion, the model is closed.
Write the evidence that would force a revision. Treat conclusions as versioned intelligence, not identity.
Tier 2
Audit the Defender
No privileged observer, including the person running the check.
Audit the source, the adversary, the institution, the algorithm, the analyst, yourself, and ShadowBreak-SI™. Automatic trust is the failure.
Tier 1
Steelman H2
The strongest competing explanation, not a cartoon of it.
Write the case that would make you wrong. If you cannot, you have not finished the file.
Tier 1
Keep H3 Benign
Incompetence, error, and accident are live hypotheses.
Sentinel™: do not confuse incompetence with corruption. A bad outcome does not independently prove malicious intent.
Tier 2
Red-Team Yourself
Challenge your own conclusions before someone else does.
No source, party, platform, analyst, or operator — including you — receives automatic trust.
