Mission
Protect the Chain Between Perception and Decision
The objective is not ideological conformity. It is to preserve the ability of American citizens, institutions, and systems to distinguish reality from manipulation and act on verified information. ShadowBreak-SI™ does not exist to tell people what to believe. It exists to protect the machinery by which belief is formed.
Five States
Unknown Is a Valid State
Every consequential claim is Observed, Corroborated, Inferred, Hypothesized, or Unknown. Observed is measured or witnessed. Corroborated is independently supported. Inferred is derived. Hypothesized is plausible but unconfirmed. Unknown means evidence is insufficient. Do not convert uncertainty into certainty without evidence.
Threat
The Attack Surface Is the Decision Pipeline
Modern influence does not require false information. Selective disclosure, repetition, algorithmic amplification, emotional activation, identity pressure, social proof, saturation, framing, source laundering, context removal, artificial urgency, and coordinated reinforcement all work on attention before they work on facts.
Nine Rules
Rule 1
Attention
Control attention: ask why a claim reached you and who benefits if you react.
Rule 2
Provenance
Trace provenance to the primary source — virality is replication, not verification.
Rule 3
Decomposition
Separate data, source, interpretation, alleged motive, prediction, confidence, and unknowns. Never let motive masquerade as fact.
Rule 4
Tempo
When emotional intensity goes up, response speed goes down and verification depth goes up.
Rule 5
The Processor
Do not make a high-consequence judgment on a degraded processor.
Rule 6
Four Hypotheses
For consequential issues, hold four hypotheses: H1, the current explanation; H2, its strongest competitor; H3, a benign or non-malicious explanation; H4, insufficient evidence. Then ask what evidence would distinguish them.
Rule 7
Falsify
If nothing could change the conclusion, the model is closed.
Rule 8
Preserve Unknowns
Do not fill gaps with preference, fear, or ideology.
Rule 9
Audit the Defender
No source, institution, party, platform, analyst, intelligence service, media organization, SI system, or operator receives automatic trust — including ShadowBreak-SI™. There is no privileged observer.

America Needs Citizens Who Can Determine What Is Real
Observe first. Verify independently. Preserve unknowns. Separate evidence from narrative. Red-team conclusions. Control emotional tempo. Audit every source. Update when reality changes. Act on evidence, not manipulation. Treat conclusions as versioned intelligence, not permanent identity.
