The rules for using both sites.
1. What This Is
LastPsyOp and ShadowPoint are educational sites for analysis, training, and research skills. They are not a government service, law firm, medical provider, or emergency service.
2. Not Advice
Nothing here is legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. In an emergency in the US, call 911, or call or text 988.
3. Use at Your Own Risk
Content is provided as is, without warranties. You are responsible for how you use what you learn.
4. Lawful Use Only
Use these sites only as the law allows where you are.
5. Conduct
Do not use these sites to harass, threaten, dox, stalk, or target any person or group; to impersonate anyone; to break into systems or accounts; or to plan or promote violence. Fictional training cases are fictional; do not apply them to real people.
6. Your Record
When you accept, you are assigned a permanent member number. We keep that number, the date and time your account was created, and the policy version and the date and time you accepted it. If you sign in, we also keep what your sign-in provider sends (your name, your email if one is attached, your profile image, and on X your handle) and your training progress, cases, points, tokens and community memberships. We do not collect posts, contacts or location, and we do not sell your data.
7. Deleting Your Account
When you delete your account, it is held for 30 days in case the law requires us to keep it. After 30 days it is erased permanently and cannot be recovered. Your cases, data, points, tokens earned on the site and community memberships are lost. Cases owned by a community stay with that community. After erasure we keep only your member number and the dates your account was created and the policy accepted, as the record of your agreement.
8. Tokens
The LastPsyOp Token is a community token. It is not an investment and carries no promise of value. Earning is in beta and may change. The most any member can earn is 10,000 tokens unless we announce otherwise. We may withhold or reverse tokens earned by cheating or spam. You alone are responsible for your wallet and its recovery phrase. We will never ask for your recovery phrase.
9. Enforcement
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
10. Members-Only Areas
Some areas may require an account.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing.
